CrazyEgg helps optimize websites by providing heat maps, snapshots, and recordings to show how users interact with specified pages. This was used to monitor on-page behavior and suggest modifications.
Constant Contact sends emails to distribution lists and tracks opens and click-throughs. I used this in a volunteer role to reach membership.
ExpressionEngine is an open-source, PHP content management system. Projects managed on this software were primarily for marketing and ecommerce websites, and involved a high degree of customization. I subsequently served as my employer’s subject matter expert on this CMS and spent a lot, lot, lot of time in the system.
GoDaddy offers many solutions, but I have primarily used it for domain purchasing and registration of personal websites.
Google Marketing Platform is the premier website analytics software, and was used on every customer-facing website project and support endeavor. Ecommerce sites used advanced features such as Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and other components.
Hootsuite was able to post and track across multiple social media platforms. Before LinkedIn functionality was removed, I used this to schedule and post for volunteer and personal efforts.
Optimizely enables testing of various webpage layouts to optimize the customer experience by customizing their journey when clicking on specific elements on specific pages, in a sense for A-B testing.
WordPress is the most widely used content management system in the world, and has been part of marketing-focused projects. It also is what I use for personal websites, albeit on a much simpler level.
Financial and data applications
Coupa makes invoice management paperless and automates the process for approvals. Projects managed on this application include multiple upgrades per year, plus functionality implementation to make the Accounts Payable process paperless.
Infor SmartStream is an accounts payable system. This application is upgraded annually. Last go live was in September 2019.

Fiserv Signature provides account processing and a range of other solutions. As Associated’s system of record, most Finance projects send data to Signature and/or receive data from it. Some projects also added new products and custom fields to this platform.
Quantitative Risk Managment (QRM) provides a risk management tool and knowledge necessary to run CECL, Dodd-Frank, and various other financial models.
SAP Business Processing and Consolidation (BPC) provides financial reporting and consolidation functions. Associated moved to this system in 2017, and I served in various roles throughout the last year of the project.
SAS analytics platform can be leveraged for cost accounting and profitability management. Next expected go live in January 2020.
Trintech T-Recs provides account reconciliation and information mapping, along with an optional add-in of Mitek a2ia for check recognition software. This application is upgraded annually.
